Job Description

  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Create transportation solutions for Sendo Products based on given requirements
  • Appreciation of costs of operations, capital spending and effective use of company standard cost models.
  • Deal directly with Sub-contractors/Vendors for cost of operation.
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face and respond promptly to internal or external customer inquiries
  • Calculate budgets for the implementation of new product transportation solutions.
  • Liaise closely with Supply Management, Logistics, Warehousing team to assure the implementation process are clear and in timely manner.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on cross-function interactions and provide feedback on the efficiency of the execution process and suggesting improvement if needed
  • * Project Management (40%)

    • Ensuring delivery according to project timelines
    • Responsible for documenting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) instructions for all ongoing business and transitioning the project.
    • Project Management: Responsible for providing relevant stakeholders, Senior Management clients with updated implementation plans, which may include project schedules, project plans, benchmark metrics, communications documents, follow-up memo’s, etc.
    • Documentation: Responsible for utilizing (and creating) documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the project plan.
Requirement
  • Have knowledge about logistics, especially warehouse/ transportation pricing and operation sector
  • Ability to successfully conduct and manage investigations and come up with pragmatic solutions
  • 2-3 year experience in solution design and logistics
  • Highly energetic and self-motivated
  • Ability to relentlessly drive initiatives to achieve organization goals
