Job Description

a. Social Media (50%)

  • Manage various online community platforms and social media on a daily basis (Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube…)
  • Plan, request and utilize online and offline budget
  • Strategize, plan and create content to post on social media to engage the online community and increase traction on the various platforms
  • Brand awareness
    • Collaborate with other teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding campaigns and Sendo branding
    • Facebook Ads
  • Monitors the Social environment to detect action items that may cause potential crisis for the company
  • Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Socialbakers & Facebook Insights to monitor & evaluate the effectiveness of channels & ensure performance.
  • Monitor competitor’s Social Media activities, results and provide adequate analysis
  • Assist Social Manage to manage Seller Marketing team
  • Manage KOLs:
    • Drives KOL content initiatives across the region
    • Keep up with industry trends, identify best practices and scalable KOL initiatives across platforms and content types for the region
    • Guide the implementation of regional influencer campaigns
    • Work closely with local markets to track KOL campaigns performance and learnings

b. Project management (50%)

  • Responsible for building Seller marketing plan for assigned project to sync all activities in a big picture
  • Managing projects effectively, working closely with a diverse team of marketers, designers and business developers in a fast-pace environment to execute relevant tasks & on-going projects.
  • Contributing idea, planning and following up activities for Seller Marketing project





  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Journalism/ Communications/ related field
  • 4-5 years’ experience in copywriting/ content writer
  • 2-3 year’s experience managing social media platforms and content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and deep understanding of social media management.
  • Excellent understanding of local communities
  • Creative, proactive in updating trends and knowledge in social media, influencers & social networking
  • Detailed oriented and a creative problem solver
  • Good at using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Socialbakers & Facebook Insights
  • Ability to use Photoshop, Picture/Video Editing Softwares is a plus
  • Proactive, Critical and Analytical Thinking
  • Good team player, eager to learn and able to work with tight deadlines
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, able to work in a fast-paced working environment, handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
