Job Description

Ads Sales and Revenue Manager is responsible for ensuring the achievement of Revenue sales targets which cover Advertising sales onsite, Facebook, and Google Ads.

We are looking for an experienced professional who will work as a leader of the Ads sales and Revenue team and will play an integral part in the Sendo Commercial team’s success by working directly with the AVP of Commercial and other managers within the Sendo Commercial team and other departments.

  • Lead a sales team to achieve the assigned revenue target. Directly involve in important ads sales activities with the team.
  • Apply an analytical approach to support strategic decisions, including projects on pricing design and analysis, seller behavior analysis and economics, ROI of marketing efforts, product/competitive landscape benchmarking, and other data-driven analysts.
  • Design Ads pricing strategy in order to maximize the sales volume to sellers/merchants on the Sendo platform.
  • Coordinate with Category and Seller operation team to extend the new offers/promotion to sellers.
  • Work closely with the Product and Tech team to build new Ads products, improve features around value-added services for sellers/merchants on the platform.
  • Design and propose sales schemes and incentives for the sales team.
  • Hire and develop team members within the Ads sales and revenue team.
  • Regularly partner with business functions (e.g. Accounting, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, Sales and Marketing, and others) to analyze and report on the financial impact of decisions across the company.
  • Prepare analysis and support communication to stakeholders.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant fields.
  • 5 years of relevant industry experience with advertising sales or value-added service sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide suggestions/advice to senior leaders.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheet, PowerPoint/ Google Slides.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation (from making slides to presenting to stakeholders) – Vietnamese and English.
  • Excellent judgment and maturity, including an ability to execute independently and work with team members of all levels.
  • * A plus if you have:

    • Experience with SQL, Google Studio.
    • Experience with data visualization tools.
