  • Manage operations of platform Registration, Legal Documents, Technical Guidelines,...
  • Build and optimize the processes to ensure the advantage of the operation process and user experience.
  • Work closely with the Business, Product, Technical, Logistics,... team to formulate strategic insights and propose action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Understand the company’s strategy and the department’s organizational structure to coordinate with other departments.
  • Prepare model contracts, supervise the signing of contracts with partners according to the correct form and legality. Resolve all contract issues.
  • Responsible for the KPI assigned by the company.
  • Prepare and deliver the training guideline.
  • Make reports as required by the line manager.
Requirement
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Economics, Commercial,...
  • Minimum 3 years experience relevant position.
  • Having knowledge of Statistics, Documents, Training,...
  • Having the experience to build the standard operating process (SOP).
  • Having a background in the Technical industry.
  • Excellent Communication, Problem Solving, Leadership.
  • Working under pressure.
