Job Description

  • Support Brand manager to prepare and deliver marketing plans within key objectives.
  • + Evaluating campaign performance and data analytics.

    + Liasing with internal team to promote the programs and campaigns.

    + Work closely with in-house or external agencies to design marketing materials within brand guidelines.

    + Researching and brainstorming each stage of the project.

    + Analyzing data and presenting this data in an easy format.

    + Market visit to control & report offline brand activities.

    • Support Brand team to do monthly buyer interview to explore & understand buyer’s need.
    • Supporr Brand team to do onsite plan including promotion and communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Economics, or Business-related.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience at ME position and has experience in Trade Marketing is preferred.
  • Exposure to digital marketing and brand management.
  • Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
  • Ability to analyze quantitatively and problem-solve efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and our customers
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
