Job Description

  •  
  • Develop overall strategy and detailed action plans to build up and meet target GMV (gross merchandise volume) and achieve user growth for Digital Goods & Services categories 
  • (Notes: Digital Goods and Services are products/services designed to meet all online payment needs with instant delivery, including: Tourism and Transportation (flight ticket booking; hotel booking; tour & activities; bus tickets…); Telecommunication (online mobile top-up and scratch cards); Entertainment (movie ticket, game cards…) Bill payment (electricity, water, Internet, cable TV...); Personal finance, Insurance…)
  • Decide pricing schemes, create promotional campaigns, initiate partnership deals and other necessary measures to push GMV, increase new user acquisition; Supervise the execution of these activities to ensure well-organized timeline and closely track their performance. 
  • Design loyalty programs; Develop CRM strategies & activities to smoothen touchpoints, increase engagement and ensure high customer retention rate for Digital Goods & Services categories.
  • Identify & materialize opportunities for new business or product strategies to drive growth
  • Initiate, aggressively lead and monitor the performance of other key projects to achieve sustainable growth across all Digital Goods & Services categories
  • Keep a watchful eye for all Product-related aspects of Digital Goods (eg: Invisibility, UI/UX, Bugs…); Join the Product Team in giving suggestions on UI/UX improvements and new features to enhance customer experience; 
  • Deep dive into data and conduct necessary research & analysis to understand market trends, user behaviors and user insight. 
  • Coordinate efforts across teams to finalize media communication/branding plans for traffic and user awareness; Aggressively tackle any arising issues through coordination with key stakeholders.

Requirement
  •  
  • University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Sales or equivalent
  • Preferably more than 2 years of proven career track in Trade Marketing/Online Marketing/Category Management/Campaign Management/Business Development/Business Analyst/Business Intelligence in the online/Internet industry, including: E-wallet/E-commerce/Online Travel Agency/Online Transportation/Food Delivery...
  • Logical thinking, data-driven mindset and analytical skills
  • Online campaign (promotion & marketing) management skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Highly energetic and self-motivated; Great flexibility and a can-do attitude no matter what
