Job Description

• Follow monthly budget statements and other problems related to Business operatingexpenses.
• Monitor daily and monthly campaign performance.
• Build all dashboard to monitor financial and marketing metrics for all teams and squads.
• Monitor and identify potential issues of metrics from all dashboards/reports.
• Analyze and build other insightful reports/dashboards.
• Segment Business and Sendo buyer/user for promotion campaigns.
• Market research and competitior research for references of Business's actions and
• identifying new opportunities
• Prepare data support for Business Development

Requirement

Required degree/experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Information System, Information Technology, etc.
• Working experience at least 1 year as Business Intelligence/Analyst/ ERP consultant

Required qualities/abilities:

• Proficiency with SQL, programming and business processes
• Know data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Skills in solving problems
• Result Oriented: focuses on outcome rather than the process used to produce a product or
• deliver a service.
• Customer service: Timely attention to issues raised by customers is critical.

Other conditions:

• Experience with data analysis methodology, Business processes in ERP system is plus
