Brand Manager

- Support the Brand MKTG Director to develop brand strategies (customer portrait, brand positioning, and brand identity).
+ Keep understanding customers and the market via conducting scheduled research.
+ Tracking brand TOM in terms of brand positioning.
+ Keep sharpening the foundation of the new brand (customer portrait, brand positioning, and brand identity).
- Develop and deploy monthly brand initiatives.
+ Brand visibility coverage in the OFFLINE STATION network.
+ Collab with the Business & Sales team to manage a series of offline activations in new areas of business – which is the focus of NEW BRAND.
- Lead to develop, conduct & control partnership scope related, such as:
+ Track and review the performance of brand activation in terms of cost efficiency.
+ Track and review the planned brand budget.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA is preferred) in Marketing or Economics, or Business-related.
- At least 3 years of experience at ABM position and has experience in Trade Marketing is preferred.
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
- Ability to analyze quantitatively and problem-solve efficiently
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Vietnamese).
- Strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and our customers
- History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
